“Our trucking company is family-owned and operated by my father and me. He has over 40 years of experience in the field. We’ve dealt with many truck dealers over the years and frankly, it’s rare to come by honest people in this industry. So, as you can imagine it means a lot to us that we found Henry and the team at H.K. Truck Center.”
Which departments at HK Truck Center have you worked with?
“We’ve bought, rented, and serviced trucks at HK. Those are the three main departments I’ve had contact with.”
What is the main concern about the care of your trucks?
“The main concern is that the trucks run at all DOT and road standards, of course. You never want to be pulled over and find out you’re not up to regulation. That aside, my father takes extreme pride in keeping his trucks clean, tidy, and damage-free. Whenever we bring a unit in for service, it’s important that he gets it back in the same great condition.”
“HK is our go-to at this point for all our truck needs. We have them on speed dial for when we need to rent a truck or bring one in for service. Also, Henry is the first person we call when it’s time to make a new purchase.”
How effective is our team in accommodating your needs?
“I always feel like my needs are personally attended to when I contact HK. They make us feel like we’re part of the family over there! I’m never caught off guard by bills, my trucks are always ready on time when I put in a service request, and the vehicles we purchase come in exactly as ordered. If that isn’t the trifecta for a great truck dealer… I don’t know what is!”
