CEO, Joe Parnett, explained that he has a unique business so his trucks had to be created from a very unique spec from the combination of the length of the box, the weight of the box, and the width and length of the liftgate. After connecting with HK about his needs, they got all of those equations down and nailed it.

So my company is WOW Entertainment. I’m actually the CEO, or the Chief Event Officer. We are actually a company that provides event services with hard goods and digital goods for events nationwide. We actually have two trucks in our fleet, both from H.K.
We just started with H.K. in November of last year when we got our first truck. We have a very unique business, so our trucks had to be created from a very unique spec, from the combination of the length of the box, the weight of the box, the width and length of the liftgate. So there was a lot of math, a lot of geometry, a lot of changes until we were comfortable. But fortunately, Henry from H.K. got all of those equations down. He could explain it to us. I could ask all the high-level questions and he would have all the high-level answers, so our trucks evolved over time, going from a different length as far as length, as far as width and height.
So that was our primary interaction, but at the same time concurrently we were dealing with Michelle in the rental department renting sometimes two trucks a week, four trucks a month as we ramped up and waiting for our trucks to come in.
So we’ve been able to experience many departments, but consistently from all departments, it’s been a very satisfying experience. H.K. overall is a very accommodating, open-minded, and yes, they’ve been in business for many years, but they listen and that’s something that’s lacking quite a lot in the transportation industry.
