2016 Successful Dealer Award Winner Announced

South Plainfield, NJ – River States Truck and Trailer, was named and awarded as the 2016 Successful Dealer at the Great American Trucking Show in Dallas, Texas, Thursday, August 25, 2016.
River States was one of five finalists for the annual award, which is sponsored by Automann and CDK Global. All five finalists, which included HK Truck Center, Papé Kenworth , River States Truck and Trailer, Truck Country/Stoops Freightliner-Quality Trailer and Westfall Odell Truck Sales, participated in the ceremony. CCJ Equipment Editor and Successful Dealer Contributing Editor Jason Cannon presented the award to the recipients on behalf of Randall-Reilly Successful Dealer Online Magazine. “Each year, our goal for this award is to recognize a high performing heavy truck dealership” said Jason during the award ceremony. “We take into account lots of things: community involvement, civic engagement, customer initiatives, employee training… It’s not so much about recognizing a financially successful business as much as it is about recognizing a great place to work.”

Vanessa Ciervo, Finance and Accounting Manager, was one of the participants to receive the award on behalf of finalist HK Truck Center.
